Every shade and hue, and one specialty most shops don't offer
Residential window film comes in every shade, hue and color we carry, and no project is too small or too big for a quote. We run a real design consultation before any film goes on, and estimates are always free. Everything we install on a home is backed by a lifetime warranty on the film, and we're fully licensed and insured for the work.
Our specialty is French-style window pane tinting: film cut and set pane by pane into the divided lights of French windows and French doors, rather than one sheet run across the whole frame. It's slower work than a single-pane picture window, and it's why homes with true divided-light glass tend to end up in our shop rather than the first tint company they call.

What goes wrong on a job that skips the details
The most common failure we see on residential and commercial glass is old film left in place too long: it yellows, bubbles, and starts peeling at the edges long before the glass underneath needs replacing. The second is new film applied straight over that old layer instead of stripping it first, which never lays flat and never looks finished no matter how careful the second install is.
Our tint removal service handles the first problem properly: the old film comes off the glass entirely before anything new goes on, whether that's a single office window or a house full of French panes. On commercial glass specifically, mismatched film across a storefront, some panes darker than others from different vendors over the years, is the other failure we get called to sort out.

Security, privacy and energy, on the same piece of glass
A storefront window and a home office window both do more than let light in. The right film adds privacy from the street, cuts the energy a building spends fighting summer heat, and makes the glass itself harder to break through, without changing what the window looks like from the sidewalk.
We're an authorized dealer for XPEL, SunTek and Johnson Window Films, so a commercial client gets to choose the product that fits their building rather than whatever one brand a smaller shop happens to carry. Warranties on residential and commercial film run from 10 years to lifetime depending on the product, and we'll tell you exactly which one applies before you sign off on the job.
Beyond film: shades, shutters and the rest of the window
Not every job on our board is film. As an authorized Alta Window Fashions dealer we also install energy-efficient cellular shades, roller shades, and wood shutters, in hundreds of fabrics, colors and textures. Roller shades can be motorized and run from an app or a smart device, and the cordless, lithium-ion and solar options mean nobody is climbing a ladder to change batteries. It's the same trip as a tint consultation if you'd rather have both quoted at once.
